Software Engineer (NodeJs, React Js)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer (NodeJs, React Js) located in Kathmandu primarily focused on the backend. As a Software Engineer, you will be working on building and maintaining production software solutions, working closely with product management, design, and QA teams. Further roles include:

• Review and debug code
• Write unit tests
• Perform validation and verification testing
• Contribute to task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing with high accountability,
• Document processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of programming experience
• Skilled in NodeJs, ReactJs, KnexJs . Having Next Js also will be a big plus
• Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience building scalable, robust web applications
• Experience with database technologies, such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Experience writing automated tests and working with CI/CD systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes will be a big plus (Good to Have)
