Position Overview 

The Sr. Assistant role is responsible for ensuring an adequate number of active and engaged 

drivers on the platform to meet demand. This role focuses on monitoring driver participation, 

reactivating inactive drivers, and implementing strategies to maintain a reliable and high-

performing driver network. Also as an Ad-hoc task he/she is responsible for lead acquiring and 

onboarding new clients. 

 Job Responsibilities:  

 1.Sales & Business Development: 

●Identify and acquire new customers B2B & B2C 

●Build strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs. 

●Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts. 

●Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. 

●Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers. 

●Ad-hoc task 

 2. Supply Acquisition & Management: 

●Driver Availability Management 

●Driver Reactivation & Retention 

●Performance Monitoring & Reporting 

●Onboarding & Engagement 

3.Operational Handling 

●Ensure smooth operation daily 

●Timely identify the issue and resolve it. 

●Timely Update the daily log sheet.. 

●Replacement the driver as per the requirement basis. 

4. Data and Reporting 

●Driver and Client KPIs Reporting 

●Payment Sheet 

●Adjustment sheet 

●Log sheet Maintain
