Hub Incharge Associate – Swayambhu
Key Responsibilities:
- Expansion
- Must able to add resources on need basis i.e. riders
- Must able to travel anywhere.

- Must able to generate business.
- Daily Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain daily communication with all the riders across the assigned region.
- Daily communication with Regional Manager
- Ensure smooth coordination between branches, hubs, and delivery teams.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct daily inventory tally.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory status and reporting to RM.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Management:
- Perform daily checks of COD collected by riders.
- Sit with riders to address any discrepancies or missing updates in COD records.
- Ensure riders update their COD status regularly and accurately.
- Reporting RM in case of COD risk.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Review rider and branch performance on a weekly basis.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and take corrective action if necessary.
- Cost Management:
- Analyze and report on weekly costs vs. revenue, including direct costs, indirect costs, mid-mile costs, and rider costs.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly rider payment reports.
- Delivery Operations:
- Ensure that all goods received at branches or by riders are delivered the same day.
- For undelivered goods, ensure a proper note is written with valid reasons.
- Ensure timely forwarding of parcels from branches to the hub and facilitate the same across all branches.
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Checks:
- Conduct daily POD checks, cross-checking delivered and undelivered packets.
- Team Management:
- Conduct regular huddles with the team i.e. riders to ensure clear communication and address any issues.
- Travel Requirements:
Be willing to travel to any location as needed to ensure smooth operations and address issues.
